The rooms are nice and large. Newely remodeled. Not great views. Breakfast not the best, maybe after the remodel it will improve.
No beach view but 5 minutes from Pismo. Good price for area and the breakfast is top notch for being free (eggs potatoes and sausage). I would stay here again Kids loved pool and hours are good (8AM to 10PM).
Let me tell you how great Michell is. So my daughter and I messed up on our reservation being flustered and all Michelle was able to accommodate our needs providing great service. We will definitely be going back . Thank you Michelle.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Housekeeping comes every day to clean. The front desk staff are friendly and recommended a few places to go. Location is tucked away behind AJ Spurs Steakhouse. The pool is heated and clean, although a bit small. The breakfast was delicious and the cinnamon rolls are the best.
Working in Grover we were put up here. Reasonably priced & located right off the highway. Parking isn't spectacular & fair warning only a single entryway around a slight blind corner. Staff members friendly & accommodating while room size wasn't frowned upon, however the rooms containers are ultra small.
We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Grover Beach–Pismo Beach for 3 nights over Martin Luther King weekend and had a great experience. We arrived late, but check-in was super easy since I was able to use the mobile app. Derrick helped us when we arrived, and the whole process was smooth. We’re IHG Platinum members, and everything went well. The front desk staff was amazing—very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Derrick, Joseph, Sam, Michelle, and Savannah for making us feel welcome. The room was much larger than expected, which was perfect for our family (2 adults + 2 kids). We really liked that the room had a microwave, two sinks (one inside the bathroom and one outside), and a bathtub (not just a shower). The room was clean, quiet, and spacious—definitely bigger than the average hotel room. The location is great, and we also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again!
Fantastic hotel staff was Amazing. Will be staying here again very soon. We accidentally left something very valuable in our room the housekeeper immediately took it to the front desk where it was placed in the manager’s office for safe keeping we will be picking it up Thursday after my husband has a waited a very long week to get the 2 cases back. Thank you to the managers, housekeeping & general staff for keeping his belongings safe & sound until we get there Thursday
Manager is a stand up guy towels were needed in the pool area he had towels brought out so quick no one even noticed him flinch. Great place great atmosphere excellent staff and rig parking is in a reasonable distance. So transporters and hotshoters I gotta say its a must visit hot tub was great. After being in the rig for weeks on end. Thank you to all the holiday inn staff for maintaining a great environment to spend time with the whole family. Thanks Derrick Carter Manager you rock sir
